Now you can do much of your banking from the comfort of your home or office using your touch-tone telephone. You can make account balance inquiries, determine your recent withdrawals, verify social security deposits, transfer funds between accounts and make loan payments.
Each account has its own PIN (Personal Identification Number). The last four digits of your social security number or tax ID number have been assigned as your initial PIN. The first time you access your account(s), you are required to change your PIN to any other four digit number. If you forget your PIN, we can reset it back to the original PIN and you can start over.
Before using First National Bank's Tele-Bank, make sure you have your account number(s) handy. Also have your social security number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) available.
1. Call (785) 738-4848 from any Touch-Tone phone. 2. After the greeting, you will be given instructions to access your account. You do not need to wait for the instructions to finish before entering your complete social security number followed by the # sign and then your PIN number followed by the # sign. You will be offered a series of menu selections from which to choose. To access these selections from the Main Menu given, simply press the corresponding number (s) on your telephone. For account information on checking, press 1.For account information on savings, press 2.
To transfer between accounts, press 3. For information on certificate of deposits, press 4.
For loans or loan payments, press 5. To change your security code, press 6.. To repeat this menu, press 9 Press* to hang up this call
